My main screen for steps is collating steps, 12,000 plus ~ when I go to the next step screen in the circles is not changing ~ it’s at 200 plus how do I rectify because this fault doesn’t allow my steps to go to health app or add to my Mchallenge app

The value in My Day is not always synced to the servers. Sync and it will be updated on the servers.

I’ve tried syncing the app and the watch. I’ve also updated the app and the software on my device and it is still not working

Try syncing with Garmin Express.
