Not wearing my Garmin Watch during work

Hi all, During my workday 7-4 I’m only using my Apple Watch and I use my Garmin Marq 2 for workouts/sleep/ and all day on weekends … Will this make a big impact on training readiness/training status ?  Am I just missing out on step and flights climb data during the work hours ?

  • For training readiness you will miss out on the stress history but it will not has the same big impact as sleep, HRV, and recovery which is also a part of the readiness.

    I do this setup myself since Garmin’s sleep detection is crap causing fake sleep that replaces the better night’s sleep which mess up the training readiness totally. So you probably better off wearing the Apple Watch during daytime as you do today.

    To summarize, you will do good enough with your current setup.
