Try syncing over the USB cable to Garmin Express on a computer. If it works, then there is a problem with the syncing over Bluetooth, and you will need to fix that. If it does not work over the USB cable either, then there may be a problem with some corrupted data files.
I recommend re-establishing your pairing by walking through the steps listed here - Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App. If you continue to have trouble syncing please contact Product Support for investigation.
