Half marathon coach mcmillan

I was in week 12 and the plan had me peaking. I was surprised but figured with 6 weeks until race day it would pick up the training intensity again and peak at race day. It gave me easy runs with a goal paced run here and there for the last 2 weeks and next week is the same. Very frustrated. I quit the plan hoping to start a new one but I can’t pick a race day before July 9. My race is May 20. Can I resume the quit plan? Can I get something for the last 5 weeks? Don’t know what to do.

  • When quitting a Garmin Coach training plan it is not possible to resume it like you can when you choose to pause a plan. Resuming a plan that you quit requires you to start over with a new one. New plans may be of a different type or threshold level than what you previously had scheduled on your calendar from the plan you recently quit. After quitting a plan, any workouts that were completed before the day on which you quit the plan will remain on your Garmin Connect calendar, but any workouts scheduled for today or later that have not yet been completed will be removed from your calendar.
