I edited my step count for the day so I wouldn't lose my streak. It showed it correct for the next day, but sync'd it today it didn't reflect it. How can fix that?

Customer's cannot edit step count. However you can edit your step goal in the Garmin Connect account.
Can someone at garmin fix it for me then? I edited it so my streak wouldn't break. It showed it fine the next day but the day after it showed my steak was broken
