My Forerunner 35 won't sync

I can't get my forerunner 35 and my new iPhone 13 to talk to eachother. They did in the start, but no I can't get them to sync. They are connected by Bluetooth, but when I tell them to sync it works for a while (the phone and the clock is near by), but after approx 10 min, it tells me that the sync failed. Both the phone,the connect app and the clock is updated (the app reinstalled and the clock booted). What can I do to mace them sync?

Probably a corrupt activity (.fit) file on the watch. A common issue on the Forerunner 35. Try a manual upload of the activity to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Walk through the steps here to re-establish proper connection, Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App. If you continue to have trouble please reach out to your local Product Support team.
