Garmin app stopped syncing with other apps

I'm having the exact same issue.  I opened a case with VP and they said they're having a global issue synching with Garmin.  They are well aware of the issue and are working on it with no additional information that I've found yet.

Oddly, my sleep data synched for no good reason about 15 minutes ago, but not my steps.  I have a Vivoactive 3.

Same issue here. I opened a case with VP. They directed me to unlink, then relink GarminConnect to fix the issue. Relinking failed a ton of times. They then replied that there’s in issue syncing specifically with Garmin. I see many coworkers in this week’s steps challenge that have 0 steps credited…they must be using Garmin as well. Everything was fine until Monday, April 3rd when steps stopped updating. 

Exactly the same issue, same day. Half of my steps were recorded Monday and then it stopped. Company challenge and virgin pulse not tracking my steps. My sleep was updated a few minutes ago on virgin pulse when I was trying to reconnect the apps. Had to download virgin pulse app on my phone instead of using the website but steps are still showing 0.

I have the same issue and i tried disconnecting garmin but it wont connect back to virgin pulse

Same as everyone else. Tried everything under the sun to fix it. Disconnected, reconnected, deleted apps, resynced with Garmin, unlinked the Garmin device from VP… and now I actually can’t connect it back. When I try, it loops me into the Website version of VP but never fully connects to my device. Glad to hear they are working on it.

Subject says, "other apps," but is it only Virgin Pulse that is problematic? If so, I would check with your sponsor. Typically your company has assigned someone to assist with sign-up, enrollment, and support. They should have a contact on the Virgin Pulse side that would be aware of the current issue and whether or not there is a support case on this.

Garmin is also not sending steps to other third party apps so it is not just Virgin Pulse.  The Run The Edge App has the exact same issue starting on the exact same date.
