I'm training with Garmin coach Greg for a half in 3 weeks. The plan gonna then run for a total of 29 weeks. I had my last long run 4 weeks ago, after that there were no more and it doesn't look like there are any more to come. Last week there were 2 Goal Pace runs and 2 Easy runs. Same for this week and next week starts again with a Goal Pace. Should I build in a ling run this week?
