My watch hasn’t been showing any anaerobic benefits on my workouts for a month now. It’s either 0 or very little, like .2, even though I am doing HIIT workouts and my heart rate is constantly going in the orange and red. It’s very frustrating after a hard HIIT workout when I hit “complete” and it shows no anaerobic benefit.
Currently it shows 0 for my anaerobic load which is very inaccurate. I know my fitness is going up with every workout, but there is no way I am getting zero anaerobic progress.
