Pregnancy advice

I’ve noticed that some of the pregnancy advice is a little outdated.  For example, the 34 week advice says to do kegals. This is actually not the best approach - especially for female athletes that have hypertonic (tight) pelvic floor muscles.   Prior to birth relaxing these muscles is more important.  Has Garmin thought about updating the material - perhaps consult with pelvic floor physical therapists?
