Yes, I have Strava already linked to Garmin on Garmin Connect. Hiwever, I cannot see it on the IQ, hence it is not dispayed on the actual Garnin Device. Perhaps you could show me all steps as it would be first time installattion. Best, Javier

Which Garmin do you have? Strava is not on Connect IQ or your Garmin device. It's a separate app where you can view your activity data on the Strava app or the Strava web site. As long as you have Strava and Garmin linked, that's all you need.

The flow is like this;

• Record an activity with your Garmin device.
• When finished, save it and it is synced to Garmin Connect
• Garmin Connect then syncs automatically with Strava
• Now you will see your activity in the Strava app as well

Yes, both Garmin and Strava are linked and, indeed, I can record an activity with my Garmin into Strava. But, I cannot download a route from Strava into the Garmin device. I mark with a star the route on Strava but when I go to the device, Strava is not there.

Do you see the route from Strava in Garmin Connect routes? That is the first step. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses 

After you've synced the Edge you find the Strava routes with the other routes. Make sure you don't hit the max limit of 100 routes/courses.
