Added Garmin Connect on new phone, now it seems to sync but no data is showing.

I started with a new phone, added Garmin connect, logged in and paired my vivofit 2 and it shows that the device is syncing, but no data appears in Garmin Connect. What step did I miss?

    If I have no way of accessing this already existing account, how do I transfer to the account I can access?

  • There could be several reasons why your Garmin Connect is not showing data from your vivofit 2. Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Make sure that your vivofit 2 is fully charged and turned on.
    2. Check that your vivofit 2 is paired correctly with your phone via Bluetooth. You can do this by going to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and checking that your vivofit 2 is listed as a paired device.
