15k badge

Just ran 9.31 miles thinking I got the 15k badge. BUT the badge says a 15k is 9.33 miles?? Why is this one out to the hundredths? I always thought a 15k was 9.3, along the 3.1, 6.2, 9.3 logic.

You must run at least the required distance. 9.3 miles it not 15 km. It is about 33 meters too short. That is just how it is. It will not change just because you used the 3.1, 6.2, 9.3 logic.

3.1 miles is 4.98897... km so it isn't 5 km.

6.2 miles is 9.997793... km so not 10 km

9.3 miles is 14.9669... km so not 15 km.

Instead use 3.11, 6.22 and 9.33 logic and you will run the required distance.

The easiest way to get the badge is to just edit the distance to 9.33 miles and you will get the badge. It is within the error that the GPS got.

I've run at least 4 times the required distance of 15 K and above even and still haven't got the badge. Don't really know why.
