I’ve performed a full Easy Run (5 mile) activity. By mistake I pressed the wrong button and didn’t Save the activity. I could see some data afterwards like the VO2max.
Any chance to retrieve the data? How to do that? Thanks!

There is a small chance. Immediately turn the watch off, attach it to your computer, then only turn it on when you're ready to try one of the file recovery tools as mentioned in this thread - how do I get my activity back if I delete it?
seilogrampI do appreciate your help. I'll give it a try! To be honest, I didn't realize one could connect the Garmin to a computer; I guess BlueTooth should allow that w/ no prob. Many thanks.
You would think it wouldn't be difficult to modify the software to offer an option to save the activity that just ended, or to get back to the Save point, etc. Best.
Not Bluetooth. Connect using the Garmin supplied USB cable to your Windows or Mac computer. You can try a manual upload at that point. Might be beneficial to also install Garmin Express.
How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.
Hmmm... ok! That must be the cable one uses for charging the FR 245 then... Many thanks again for clarifying.

Of course, I meant easy for *Garmin* to modify it...
Thanks.
