My news feed won't load. I deleted Connect app and re-installed, but still no news feed. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? When I click on news feed, the screen simply flashes but no activity loads.
My news feed won't load. I deleted Connect app and re-installed, but still no news feed. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? When I click on news feed, the screen simply flashes but no activity loads.
The screen just flashes as if it's trying to load, but no data will appear. All other functions in app are working - My Day, Challenges, Calendar etc but News Feed will not load. I checked my filter and people / activity type is set to All. I also changed it to my connections only, but it didn't make a difference. So weird. I would think alot of users have same issue.

No I haven’t. I logged in to my account on my machine and could see the news feed. Then a few days later, I was able to see my news feed on the mobile app. And then it stopped working again? So strange. I couldn’t see it for a couple weeks and then yesterday it appeared again in my app. I’m assuming it’s a software glitch because there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to why sometimes I can see the news feed and other times it never loads.
