I have a Vivoactive 4 that is connected to my iPhone (11). I am constantly having to go into the connect app and manually do a synch. I have been through all of the normal checks (Permissions, bluetooth on etc.) and everything is as it should be. I have uninstalled the app and removed the device from connect. When I reinstalled and reconnected the device all was well for about 24 hours and then it went back to not synching in the background. The watch does not have a connection issue to the phone as it synch's straight away when I do a manual synch from the phone or the watch. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know of a fx? I have also checked and the watch and ap are up to date in terms of software. Thanks
