“unable to complete sync” Garmin 5

I am “unable to complete sync” with my Garmin 5 since 21 Feb 2023. I have Garmin Connect Version 4.63.2.4 on my iPhone 10. My Garmin Edge 1030 has no problem syncing. I have tried the troubleshooting options and still receive the same message when syncing. Please advise
