Tracking naps / sleep - impacts on recovery & sleep stats

Hi all, 

My watch constantly tells me I'm not sleeping enough, it often says i have woken up when i actually havent. I extend the sleep duration on the app.... BUT sometimes l sleep in the day and tried adding the 'sleep' activity - it doesnt contribute to your recovery / body battery / sleep stats.

Is there a way to add naps / sleeps to my data that impacts my recovery or sleep stats?

Are Garmin going to address this? Im disappointed after recently buying the watch.
