Trying to consider the training status and balance my training as much as possible.
But even when I keep my stress low, my sleep good, my training load fairly balanced with my HRV - and my acute Load within optimal - It still says my training is unproductive. I like the data drive model, but I wonder what goes into the algorithm that 2+2=3. All indicators seem reasonable, but the result is still not good.
I know the load focus is a little challenging, but it is always like that when the training is productive.
Is there anywhere I can find some explanation about the different parameters and their weight of them in the algorithms
