Connect Garmin Does not start IOS 16 3 1 Just gent a black screen

I have Just updated to IOS 16 3.1.
After a ride activity dis not sync. I poweroff Poweron my phone and nos i canot start Garmin Connect mobile. Bluetooth connections are ok.

After the 16.3.1 update, it took a long time for the app to launch, but it did eventually.

You are right. i left thé phone to update map on 1040…

when i get back to phone Garmin Connect was runing
