Heart rate zones not showing in my activities

My Garmin Swim 2 is not registering the percentage in each heart rate range. After each swimming session, when I check the data, the 5 heart rate zones show 0%. How do I fix that?

I have this problem too, I found a forum thread from like 3 years ago about it, I guess they still haven't fixed it

Check out your HR Zone table for swimming, and try resetting it. Please note, that on many Garmin watches there are up to four different HRZ tables - a general one, and then one for each of Running, Cycling, and Swimming.

If resetting the HRZ table for swimming does not help, contact the Support.
