My Garmin Lily Sport doesn’t seem to have an option to select ‘Text & Calls only’ alert anymore?

After a recent watch software update, I am now receiving all notifications that appear on my phone when I previously had it set to Text & Calls only. Last time I changed the alerts I’m sure I did it on the watch itself under settings, phone maybe? But it’s no longer there and I can’t see it anywhere else. How do I change this setting back now?

    I found it! Posting the answer in case anyone else comes across this!

    Open Garmin Connect

    Select ‘More’ in the bottom right hand corner

    Select Garmin Devices

    Select your device

    Select Alerts

    Select Smart Notifications 

    Select General Use

    Select Calls and Texts Only
