Rowing data

I use a vivoactive 4s. I’m a rower and have always loved the data but unfortunately some of my data isn’t showing after an activity. I’ve still go my heart rates but I’ve lost my stroke rate and distance per stroke graphs. As a stroke rower it’s invaluable data. How do I get it back as editing activity isn’t working

Same issue - please keep working hard on a fix, the pace and stroke rate data was the main thing I looked at! Thanks!

Please fix this issue, stroke and pace were the most critical data to look at after sessions and I really miss those! Thanks for keeping pressing for a fix

Spent a couple of days reloading app, searching for help on unhiding rowing data, please keep working on an update. Very important to be able to see improvement in my rowing.

I don’t know why this is taking so long. There is a programming error that classifies rowing in the app as a different activity. One that does register speed in km/hr and heart rate, but not stroke per minute and distance per stroke and speed in minute/500m. The activity is blue, while it always used to be green in the ‘My Day’ and the calendar of activities. It should not be so hard to fix and fixing it will make so many people happy. Thank you for helping.

Is this data display problem global or just Australia? Is it only on iPhone or android too?

I’m in the uk so definitely world wide. It’s so important to have the info back. Like many have lost all previous stroke rates etc too. Coke on garmin. This has been a problem for a while. Can’t I hide anything so it’s not that. Please update us soon on this

Today's update of Connect app has restored missing data from my on the water rowing activities. App version now 4.64, thanks Garmin!!

Thank you for your patience as we worked on this. This has been resolved with the 4.64 release of the Connect app. If you experience this after updating, please start a new thread.
