Bump - IOS 16.4 / GCM 4.65.0.36

Bump - GCM 4.67.3.2

EDIT:

The last line of text tells me to ‘synchronize for an updated status’. I can keep syncing - and noting is changing. Only a forced restart of GCM makes the ‘synchronize for an updated status’ go away - and the layout bug disappeare as well.
