My garmin 245 is connected and updated through the app, however the weekly training load is not visible. After multiple attempts of reconnection and reset, the app on the iphone does not detect the info.
My garmin 245 is connected and updated through the app, however the weekly training load is not visible. After multiple attempts of reconnection and reset, the app on the iphone does not detect the info.
My 7 day training load says "No Data Available" on my Iphone 12 using a Forerunner 935. All the daily data still appears to be there in the phone.
I'm going to call Garmin help desk on Monday, 2/6

I talked to them today and they said Engineering knows its an issue and they are working to resolve it. They said I would get an email when it's fixed.

We're following up on the report we received that when viewing your 7-Day Training Load in your Connect app for iOS, the page showed as blank even though you had measured load on your account. We're pleased to announce the release of version 4.63.2 of our Connect app, which resolves this issue, and which is available now in your Apple App Store. Please install the update and you'll no longer experience this issue.
I still don’t see the data even after the software update.
It did fix it for me, but the graph is now smaller
I also still do not see ( Forerunner 945) selecting, then the other device Edge 1040, it show me 4 week load, also then for the Forerunner, 4 weeks load but not the 7 days load as before….
