Average pace on watch different to connect app

Hello all

Ran intervals for the last 3 runs and the average pace on the watch is showing 7.58/min and on the app it is showing 4.57/min.

Why is this?

Hard to tell, if you do not show us the activity data on some screenshots. There are plenty of paces - current pace, lap pace, GAP pace, overall pace, moving pace (excluding the pauses), best pace, ... so perhaps you do not look at the same values on both ends.

First two from the app and the last from my watch linked to strava

Your Strava screenshot shows miles/min., while Garmin Connect is in km/min. You may want to use the same units on both ends.
