Problem with device sync in Russia

Hello I am from Russia. After updating the GARMIN CONNECT app on the iOS platform, synchronization with a GARMIN device was only possible after a VPN connection was established. GARMIN is no longer supported in the Russian Federation?

  • More likely the firewall service of CloudFlare that Garmin uses, blacklisted your IP address or subnet as suspicious, and blocked it. Could be also perhaps due to governmental censorship of some domains, though I think the first option is more probable.
