How do you align clock hands

At least on Epix, you enter the 'User Profile' menu and then scroll down to "Wrist", there you can select Left or Right. Probably the same for other Garmin Watches
On some of the entry level watches, aligning the watch hands means something different.
I see, I was not aware on that. Now I learned something new.
