I pressed save on watch but didn't upload and showing no km this week but has the activity under it see pic. Went into Garmin to see if it was in the FIT file but wasn't in it. Anyone any idea what is wrong.

I pressed save on watch but didn't upload and showing no km this week but has the activity under it see pic. Went into Garmin to see if it was in the FIT file but wasn't in it. Anyone any idea what is wrong.

Sounds similar to the issue i just posted. Looks like there are some issues which Garmin needs to sort out

To see if the activity (FIT file) is corrupt, try a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web.

How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
