Step count stopped 5 days ago

Step count disappeared. I have made no changes to watch or app. Activity tracker is turned on (confirmed by looking at my account online) Under ' edit my day 'Steps is in top section with the red circle. Last time I got steps was 1/19 have worn and recorded walks each day since, but no step count appears. Thx

Have you restarted the watch? Any time you experience anything odd you should restart it as the first test to fix the issue.

I did not restart the watch.

I did toggle the activity tracker to make sure it was ON, (it was)

Just got back from a walk, and bingo, have the steps data appearing again.
