Forerunner 255 Connection Problem

My new Forerunner 255 always disconnects from the app when I try to edit the device activities by the app. I dont know why but I have never edit the 255 by my iphone successfully.

Yes, it happens up and then to many users. You need to force stop the app, shut down the watch, restarting the app, and then restarting the watch. That should fix it. If it does not, try the soft-reset (press the Light button for ~20s till the watch shuts down), instead of plain shut down

Having the same issue, tried your steps, no luck.
