How can I fix this?
First of all, try restarting or sft-resetting the watch (hold the Light button for some 20s till it shuts down - no data will be lost).
Then connect the watch to a computer over the USB cable, delete the EPO or CPE file from the folder //GARMIN/REMOTESW/ on the watch, and then check for updates with Garmin Express. Disconnect, reconnect, and verify that a new EPO or CPE file was downloaded. It contains the ephemeris data that is needed to acquire satellites properly.
