Cannot Sign In to Garmin Connect after Password change

I have updated my password and I cannot sign in to Garmin Connect App on IOS16 Iphone 14 Pro Max

I can sign in on WEB and also on Garmin ConnectIQ. 

1. I have deleted and installed de app
2. I have sign off from all devices
3. I have updated again the password 

Problem persist. Any help please?

  • Try an alternative Internet connection. For example mobile data instead of Wi-Fi,or vice versa. Or another Wi-Fi router. It could be a routing problem on your default network. If it does not help, try it on another phone, to see whether the phone plays some role in it. If nothing helps, contact the Support.
