Garmin Connect doesn’t sync anything with my vivosport

Hi,

I’ve got a vivosport band and it just doesn’t work with the app at all. It didn’t wanted to sync during initial setup, then it didn’t sync any data - calories, steps, sleep, activities - nothing. So I can only rely on a band but informations there are very limited. I’ve tried to reconnect, reboot, delete and reinstall everything several times but nothing changed. Even force sync from the smartband doesn’t work. Also my activities in app show “No network connection” or something similar but I have an internet connection all the time. 

What can I do with that or how long will it take to fix?

I use Garmin Connect 4.62.1.3 and I hand iOS 16.2
