Race predictor not available

Hello. I have a Fenix 6 Pro that I've been using with no issues for about a year. A friend who has the same watch was asking me about my predicted race times on the watch/Connect app which I'd never come across before. Looking in the menus in both the app and on the watch they just aren't there for me. Do I need to do something to enable it? I've turned everything off/on and have deleted and reinstalled the Connect app, but it's made no difference. I have the watch connected to an iPhone 13 Pro. Does anyone have any ideas?

You must have recent VO₂max values detected for getting the race prediction. Have a look at the article How Does the Race Predictor Feature Work on My Watch? | Garmin Customer Support for some more details.

If you do not have any recent VO₂max values, then check out this document: My Recorded Activity Did Not Update the VO2 Max Estimate | Garmin Customer Support

Hi Trux. Thanks for the reply. I seem to have been recording consistent VO2 max data the whole time I’ve had the watch. The app tells me my current score is from yesterday.

Could it have anything to do with my heart rate zones? I have it set to % of HRR based on my resting heart rate.

The option for race predictor isn’t even visible in the app. Very strange.

Ah yeah it’s working through that link! Thanks for that. So must be something with the app?

I thought deleting it and reinstalling might help but no luck there.
