Garmin Connect IOS Battery Usage

Recently the Garmin Connect IOS app battery usage has been constantly at 70% or more for days on end. I don't know what is going on here. I have the latest firmware that I know of on the watch (Fenix 6X Sapphire). Rebooting the phone or the watch does nothing.

Yes, same! Looks like the newest update coincides with when my iPhone battery usage has become a problem. I’m below 10% battery halfway through my day.
