Training status is “Maintaining” but Acute Load is “Very High”

I have some contradictory training information coming from my watch. My training status is “maintaining” but acute load is “very high”.  Status had been “over reaching” two days ago, I took a day off and my load had dropped to “high” this morning. Recovery time is 0 hours, I did 1 set of push-ups and my load is back up to “very high” while status says “maintaining”.  I’m not sure how to proceed.

    That may be the reason for the lower status. Try keeping within the limits, to get the best rating. Or just listen to your body, and do as it feels - that is often more efficient than any "smart" technology Slight smile
