My watch doesn't measure properly but when it syncs it comes up with the proper distance I've ran

When I run, my watch shows less meters compared to another watch

when I sign it to the app, it comes up with the correct measures

Maybe the watch is using miles, but the app is using kilometers. You must set the units both in the watch and the app.
