Since yesterdays Garmin Connect app update from the App Store it does not sync my data from my Forerunner watch 255.
I'd start with restarting the watch and the phone first, as advised in the article Garmin Connect App: Device Is Paired but Not Connecting to App | Garmin Customer Support. There are some other tips too. Verify that the app has all the needed permissions, perhaps they were removed during the update.
