Work outs with garmin Coach not registering properly.

I have performed my benchmark run twice now and although it appears in my garmin calendar but my next runs aren’t populating . It keeps asking me to do another benchmark run

Same thing has happened me today with

I seemed to get it work on my 3rd attempt. Not sure if it was syncing again with my watch, or how I selected it slightly differently from my watch this time. I selected it from the training calendar rather than workouts.
