My Garmin nagging

why does garmin nag my watch about too high frequency 0? And how do i turn that off?

Is it the abnormal heart rate alert? Turn it off. Check the manual for how you do it. On my watch (FR945) it is found in settings > wrist heart rate > abnormal heart rate alerts
