Garmin forerunner automatically uploads on Strava

I have a connection established between Garmin en Strava, which is good, but Garmin automatically uploads my training on Strava, without asking for permission. Could this be changed? I don’t want every training uploaded on Strava (at least not automatically). Is there an option yet to be activated where I can confirm or deny the workout to be uploaded on Strava?

No, you can't control that. Either you transfer all or nothing. What you can do is to make the activities private in Strava and then manually change the privacy for the activities you like to show.

If you want fine-grained control over syncing activities from Garmin to Strava, you could use RunGap. (Haven't tried it myself tho.)
