Heart rate, stress and body battery data

For the last 3 nights I have noticed that the data shown on the Garmin Connect mobile app (IOS) has small chunks of missing overnight data for HR, Stress and Body Battery . The HR and Body Battery data is on the Epix (Gen2) watch as I can scroll through the HR and BB glance widgets and see all the information for the periods in question but for some reason it's not appearing on Connect. I can't verify the Stress data as the glance only lets you see the last 4 hours. If I use a PC/MAC to manually sync the watch with Garmin Express the data is still shown as missing on Connect. So the watch records the data (at least for HR and BB) but not all the overnight data appears on Connect. I am suspecting some sort of software issue with Connect as all was well a few days ago before Connect was updated to version 4.62. Anyone else seeing the same problems.

  • More likely is a problem of syncing those data from the watch to Connect. If you used an Android phone, you could review the Sync Audits for the concerned days, but unfortunately Sync Audit is not available on iOS. I recommend reporting the issue to the Support. There are indeed some other users here on the forum who already posted about similar problems, but I do not know whether anyone already reported it to the Support. Garmin usually acts more pro-actively if a huge number of users report the same issue to the Support. They do not monitor this user forum very closely.
