Garmin Connect no longer syncs the TIME of weight measured in Apple Health

Garmin Connect was fixed to solve the syncing weight issue with Apple Health, but now all weight measurements don't sync the time with Apple HEalth. Instead, every weight measurement from Garmin Connect shows up as "12:00 AM".
