Why isn’t my workout from training peeks (a bike ride on zwift) showing up on my garmin connect app (which would then sync to my Strava app.) all are connected. REALLY struggling with the switch from apple to garmin SOS

Why isn’t my workout from training peeks (a bike ride on zwift) showing up on my garmin connect app (which would then sync to my Strava app.) all are connected.

    TrainingPeaks cannot sync activities to Garmin Connect. Only training (planned workouts) can sync that way. 

    You need to connect Zwift directly to Garmin Connect.

    The Zwift activities that you sync to Garmin Connect will not sync to Strava. For that you need to connect Zwift directly to Strava.
