One person’s text won’t show on my Beni 2 Plus

I have the Venu 2 Plus and seem to have it all set up EXCEPT only one person’s text message don’t come through on my phone. They can call and I get the alert on my phone , but if they text- nothing. Any ideas?

If the text does not arrive to your phone, then it is unrelated to Garmin Connect, and you should rather seek the help at the manufacturer of your phone, or on Android forums. If your Beni 2 Plus is an Android phone - you posted to the Garmin Connect iOS forum, but I doubt that your Beni 2 runs iOS.

Check whether you did not inadvertently blacklist the user .

The text comes through on my phone just fine. They are my husband- so no- I have not blocked them on anything. They are the only person whose text does not come through on my Garmin Venu 2 Plus.
