I cannot connect my Fenix 6X Sapphire to my iPhone. It had worked fine for about 6 months, then one day it disconnected and I have tried everything to reconnect. In pairing mode the phone finds the watch but won’t pair. Please help.

Thanks for that, so I have updated the connect app to the latest, I chose to forget device on Bluetooth settings on phone and I have turned off then on the Bluetooth on the watch. I have tried the pairing sequence multiple times and each time the phone finds the correct watch and starts pairing, however fails to connect every time. Bluetooth is operating fine on my iPhone as I can connect other devices. I’m not sure where else to go from here.
Have you restarted the phone?
Check that you got the correct location set in your Garmin Account: https://www.garmin.com/account/profile
It needs to be correct when pairing some Forerunners. Not sure if it is the same with Fenix 6 series. Better to be safe than sorry.
