Hi. Garmin connect won’t connect to my Edge 820 to upload a ride? Any clues? Thanks

See if syncing with Garmin Express on a computer works.

Don’t have access to a computer unfortunately. On Garmin connect, it says my edge is connected but not compatible?

Are you trying to send a course to the Edge? What is the type of the course? Only biking types are compatible with Edge.
