Garmin connect app not showing month's data. tried synching and Garmin.txt file not show these. pls help

since Nov 1st, think an iOS update, am on 16.1.2. None of my activities from watch show on Garmin connect app or in the Garmin drive when I plug watch into Mac. tried rebooting, synching etc. any ideas pls?
