The most recent app update wiped out a decade of training history

I ran the most recent app update and it wiped out all my training data, more than a decade’s worth of info. Is there any way to restore it? I have a Forerunner 935. 

  • All your data is stored in Garmin Connect...if you are syncing the data to Garmin Connect. The watches are not meant to be for long term storage of training data since the memory is very limited.

    If you can't see your data in Garmin Connect Web and App then you probably have logged in to the wrong account. It is a very common mistake. Garmin should really try to fix that.
